My name is Chris McAlister, founder of SightShift.com and a leadership guide with a seminary doctorate. I’m aiming to start a conversation with this podcast. I have no interest in finishing it. This will be a space for people to think critically about the stories guiding their lives. For 40 episodes, I’ll pull from theology, history, philosophy, meditation, religious practices, psychology, and science to help you push through. In extremist thinking we fail to understand the bigness and beauty of identity.
Some of you isn't the sum of you.
Yet, on the extreme right they demonize and diminish the struggle for becoming.
On the extreme left they victimize around whatever is the least validated part of their identity.
The electric middle is where we stand in the beauty of me and we.
